  • 3 cups fish stock or vegetable broth 🍲
  • 1 cup whole milk πŸ₯› or coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 🌢️
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 🌿

Instructions
 

  • Prepare salmon, cut into bite-sized chunks.
  • SautΓ© onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  • Add potatoes and tomato, stir, then pour in fish stock.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Add milk, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in salmon and cook until opaque.

Notes
