  • 1 lb Beef Skirt Steak or Flank Steak ๐Ÿฅฉ
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs ๐Ÿ—
  • 1 medium Onion ๐Ÿง…
  • 2 Tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
  • 2 Bell Peppers ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 2 Jalapeรฑos ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ optional
  • 4 cloves Garlic ๐Ÿง„
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil ๐Ÿณ
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin ๐Ÿง‚
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • Salt and Pepper ๐Ÿง‚
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice ๐Ÿ‹
  • Tortillas ๐ŸŒฎ

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef and chicken into small pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan, cook the beef and chicken until browned.
  • Add the vegetables, garlic, and spices; cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve with tortillas or rice.
