- Peel and grate the cucumber, then squeeze out any excess water.

- Taste the Tzatziki and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or dill to your preference.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to chill.
- Before serving, give the Tzatziki another quick stir.
- Serve chilled alongside your favorite dishes.

For a thicker Tzatziki, strain the yogurt beforehand.
