Ingredients

  • 2 large Peaches ripe, pitted and sliced
  • 3 medium Plums ripe, pitted and sliced
  • 2 medium Nectarines ripe, pitted and sliced
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint finely chopped
Garnish
  • Almonds toasted, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and prepare all the stone fruits by pitting and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and chopped fresh mint to create the dressing.

  1. Gently combine the sliced peaches, plums, and nectarines in a large serving bowl.
  2. Pour the prepared honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to ensure all fruits are lightly coated.
