  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic; mix well until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, and the chopped artichoke hearts into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the mozzarella cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or sliced baguette.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dip mixture. You can also prepare this dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
