- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- While salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan in a small bowl. Season with black pepper and thin with a little water if desired.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
- Once the salmon is cooked, let it cool slightly, then flake it into large pieces. Add the flaked salmon to the bowl with the lettuce mixture.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
