  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burrito size large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk 6 large eggs with 1/4 cup of milk or cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and set.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to the package directions.
  5. Divide the scrambled eggs, 1 cup of cooked breakfast sausage, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the warm tortillas.
  6. Optionally, add 1/4 cup of salsa and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro.
  7. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly to form a burrito.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and perfect breakfast burrito!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the egg mixture. You can also customize your burritos with your favorite vegetables like diced bell peppers or onions.
