  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation
  1. Gently wash and prepare all the fruits by slicing the strawberries, halving the green grapes, and cubing the pineapple and cantaloupe.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, halved green grapes, cubed pineapple, and cubed cantaloupe.
  3. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the honey and fresh lime juice until well combined.
  4. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits and toss gently to ensure all fruits are evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can add a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves before serving. This fruit salad is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
