Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season them with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to low, pour the hot honey glaze over the cooked chicken, and toss to coat evenly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
