  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated, plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in the bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the dip mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle the top with additional Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
  2. Remove the dip from the oven and serve hot with your preferred dippers like tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dip. You can also prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
