Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in the bowl, stirring until well mixed.
- Transfer the dip mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle the top with additional Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
- Remove the dip from the oven and serve hot with your preferred dippers like tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dip. You can also prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
