Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 9x13 inch pan
  • microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

Peanut Butter Layer
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
Chocolate Topping
  1. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  2. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate layer before it sets. You can also use almond butter instead of peanut butter for a variation.
