Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag, then pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill, discarding any remaining marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through with nice grill marks.
Serving
  1. Remove the grilled chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade. Serve with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
