Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
For the Lime Crema
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.125 tsp salt
For Assembly
  • 6 tortillas corn or flour
  • 2 cups cabbage shredded
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

Cook the Shrimp
  1. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
Prepare the Lime Crema
  1. While shrimp cooks, in a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.
Assemble Tacos
  1. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  2. Divide cooked shrimp among the warm tortillas. Top each taco with shredded cabbage, a drizzle of lime crema, salsa, and fresh cilantro.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning or a dash of hot sauce to the crema.
