Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Carefully pull back the husks of each ear of corn, but do not remove them. Remove any silk threads.
- Brush the corn kernels with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling
- Place the seasoned corn directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Once cooked, pull the husks back over the corn to use as a handle, or remove them completely before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice or a sprinkle of chili powder after grilling.
