Quick way to grow Grilled Corn on the Cob

Despite the deceptive title, this is a recipe for cooking grilled corn on the cob, not growing it. It's a quick and easy method to get delicious corn.

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ears of corn husks on
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully pull back the husks of each ear of corn, but do not remove them. Remove any silk threads.
  3. Brush the corn kernels with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling
  1. Place the seasoned corn directly on the grill grates.
  2. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  3. Once cooked, pull the husks back over the corn to use as a handle, or remove them completely before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice or a sprinkle of chili powder after grilling.
