Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
  2. Lightly brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
Grilling
  1. Place the peaches cut-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften.
  2. Flip the peaches and cook for another 2-4 minutes, or until they are tender.
Serving
  1. Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle generously with honey and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra touch, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
