  • 8 ounces Rotini pasta
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Black olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta with the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, sliced black olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
Assembling the Salad
