  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Small bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped fresh dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to create the herb rub.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then brush both sides of each fillet with the herb rub, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Grilling
  1. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the preheated grill and arrange lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  2. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the grilled salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve immediately, garnished with extra fresh herbs if desired, for a delicious and healthy meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon in lemon juice for 15-20 minutes before applying the herb rub. You can also customize the herbs based on your preference; thyme or oregano work well too.
