  • 3 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen

  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup croutons
For the Dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Roasted Corn
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spread the corn kernels on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly browned and slightly charred, then set aside to cool.
Caesar Dressing
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
