  2. In a separate small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry; set aside.
Cooking
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels; season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the hot skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic sauce over the cooked chicken and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Notes
