Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C) and prepare the corn by removing the husk and silk.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with salt and pepper.
Grilling
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over all sides of each ear of corn.
- Place the corn directly on the preheated grill grates and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Serving
- Remove the grilled corn from the grill and serve immediately, optionally with extra butter, salt, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice or a sprinkle of chili powder after grilling.
