Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
Mixing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and lightly beaten eggs.
  2. Pour the liquid mixture over the cornbread mixture, then add the sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper; mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes
