  • 3 large Fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water for simple syrup
  • 4 cups Cold water for lemonade
  • Ice for serving
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish, optional

Method
 

Simple Syrup
  1. Combine sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely; set aside to cool.
Peach Puree
  1. Blend the sliced peaches in a blender until smooth, then press the puree through a sieve to remove any pulp for a smoother lemonade.
Assemble Lemonade
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, cooled simple syrup, two cups of cold water, and the peach puree.
  2. Stir well and taste, adjusting with more simple syrup or water if desired, then add the remaining cold water.
  3. Serve the peach lemonade over ice, garnished with fresh mint sprigs and peach slices if you like.

Notes

Hack 1: Adjustable Sweetness: You can easily adjust the sweetness of this lemonade by adding more or less simple syrup to taste.
