  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Preparation
  1. Prepare your dredging station by setting out three shallow dishes: one with flour, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumbs.

Notes
