Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg until well combined.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Baking
- Drop three rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Use a fork to create a criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
Cooling
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra peanut butter flavor, you can add a tablespoon of chopped peanuts to the dough.
