Equipment

Method

Preparation & Grilling
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin when grilled.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon in a shallow dish, pour marinade over fillets, and let them marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) and lightly grease the grates.
  5. Grill the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-6 minutes per side, until they flake easily and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the grilled salmon and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the marinade for a subtle kick.
