Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 1 Cucumber large, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes medium, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese crumbled or cubed
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper or to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Chop the cucumber, cut tomatoes into wedges, thinly slice the red onion, and deseed and slice the green bell pepper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, sliced green bell pepper, and pitted Kalamata olives.
  3. Crumble or cube the feta cheese over the mixed vegetables in the bowl.
Dressing and Serving
  1. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to ensure all components are evenly coated. Serve immediately and enjoy your classic Greek Salad.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can customize with capers or a splash of red wine vinegar if desired.
