Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpea flour 🌱
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast 🧀
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 🌾
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder 🧅
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
  • 1 cup water 🥣
  • 1 small red bell pepper chopped 🌶
  • ½ cup spinach chopped 🍃

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, flaxseeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Slowly add water and olive oil, mixing until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped bell pepper and spinach.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.
