Instructions
Wash, peel, and slice cucumbers.
Smash cucumber slices gently with the side of a knife.
In a bowl, mix garlic, chili oil, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
Toss the smashed cucumber slices with the dressing.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes.
