Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers 🥒
  • 3 cloves garlic 🧄
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil 🌶️
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 🍚
  • 1 teaspoon sugar 🍬
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce 🍶
  • Sesame seeds 🌰
  • 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
  • Chili flakes 🌶️ optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and slice cucumbers.
  • Smash cucumber slices gently with the side of a knife.
  • In a bowl, mix garlic, chili oil, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
  • Toss the smashed cucumber slices with the dressing.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes.

Adjust spice level according to preference.
