Date Caramel Recipe with Coconut Milk

Instructions
Remove the pits from the dates and chop them roughly.
Blend the dates, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor until smooth.
Add cinnamon or sweetener if desired.
Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut milk.
Serve over desserts or enjoy as is.
