Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove the pits from the dates and chop them roughly.
  • Blend the dates, coconut milk, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add cinnamon or sweetener if desired.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut milk.
  • Serve over desserts or enjoy as is.
