  • 4 cups Green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
Dressing
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper.

Notes
