  • 16 ounces bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the bagged coleslaw mix to the bowl with the dressing.
  4. Toss the coleslaw until it is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, chill the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can also add shredded carrots or a sprinkle of paprika for extra color and flavor.
