Coleslaw
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots. Set aside.

Notes
For a healthier option, you can substitute some of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Add a pinch of celery seeds for extra flavor. Coleslaw tastes even better if made a few hours in advance, allowing the flavors to fully develop.
