  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder (90g)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour (125g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and then grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl, then stir in the sugar and cocoa powder until they are well combined.
  3. Whisk in the eggs one at a time until they are fully incorporated, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined and being careful not to overmix the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares and serving.

Notes

For extra fudgy brownies, be careful not to overbake. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter.
