Caesar Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Egg yolk large

Method
 

Dressing Preparation
  1. Whisk together egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuously whisking until the dressing is creamy and emulsified.
Lettuce Preparation
  1. Wash and pat dry romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add croutons and half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the prepared lettuce.
Dress the Salad
