Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 0.5 cup ice water
For the Filling
  • 6 cups fresh blueberries
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

Make the Crust
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and cold butter until crumbly.
  2. Gradually add ice water, mixing until a dough forms. Divide and chill.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, gently mix blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Roll out half the dough and place it in a pie dish, then add the filling.
  2. Top with the remaining dough, crimp the edges, and cut vents.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
