Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving, and serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or a few drops of your favorite hot sauce to the mixture. If you prefer a milder dip, reduce the amount of buffalo wing sauce or use a mild variety.
