Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the bread slices to a light golden brown, then spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice.
  2. Lay out 8 slices of toast and layer each with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and two strips of bacon.
  3. Place another slice of toast on top of the bacon layer, spread with mayonnaise, and add more turkey, lettuce, and tomato.

  1. Top with the final slice of toast, then secure each sandwich with four toothpicks, one in each corner.
  2. Carefully cut each sandwich diagonally from corner to corner twice, creating four triangular quarters.
