  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and slice the ciabatta bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the bread is toasting, halve the cherry tomatoes and tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Once the bread is toasted, top each slice with burrata, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper before serving immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can drizzle a balsamic glaze over the bruschetta before serving.
