Preparation

Roasting
- Wash the cabbage and carefully slice it into five 1-inch thick "steaks," then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle both sides of the cabbage steaks liberally with olive oil and then season them evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Roast the cabbage steaks for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are tender and have slightly browned edges.

Notes
