- Slice the cooked brisket into thin pieces, if not already sliced.
- Lightly toast the hamburger bun. This adds a nice crunch and prevents sogginess.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the brisket on the bottom bun, topping it with BBQ sauce and coleslaw, then adding the top bun.
Notes
For best results, use a good quality smoked brisket. You can also add pickles or onions if desired.
